Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 7, 2018 – Baufest, an international software, innovation, and technology company, was recognized once again by Great Place to Work® as one of the "Best Places to Work in Argentina, 2018 Edition." For the tenth year, the company earned this recognition, which highlights and positions it among the top Argentine technology companies for professional growth.
In this year's survey, which included 119 companies—of which only 52 met the institution's global standard—and over 76,000 participants, Baufest achieved the 19th position in the "251 to 1,000 employees" category. For Baufest, the greatest reward is receiving this evaluation from its own employees as an organization that fosters trust, pride, and camaraderie.
Among the key areas highlighted by the 305 Baufest employees who participated in the Great Place to Work® survey process were professional development and growth, team camaraderie, work-life balance, and the overall work environment.

Since its inception, the professional growth of its employees has been central to Baufest. To support this objective, the company has developed and refined various initiatives over the years. ProProfes was designed to provide benefits to employees pursuing undergraduate degrees as they achieve their academic milestones. Communities of Practice—a methodology created by Baufest to foster the exchange of ideas and drive continuous improvement across projects and services—supports collaborative work while providing opportunities to work on international, real-world cases involving varying levels of complexity and diverse technology stacks. In 2016, the company launched its Intensive Training Program (PEI) for software engineering and related students, aimed at providing free training to future IT professionals in an environment combining academic learning with practical exercises. Since its launch, nine cohorts have been completed, attracting 1,500 candidates, graduating over 110 students, and achieving a 100% placement rate in skilled roles at Baufest and other companies.
