Baufest presents a new edition of its Intensive Training Program (PEI), offering Computer Science and IT students the opportunity to train and qualify as Full Stack Web Developers (focusing on Angular and Node.js).
The program—completely free of charge—will run from March 11 to March 25, led by internal software engineering specialists to train, upskill, and professionalize selected candidates. The training spans 11 business days, operating on a full-time schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with the potential for top graduates to join the Baufest engineering staff upon completion.
Requirements for applicants include being an active student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (midway through their degree), possessing foundational programming knowledge, maintaining full-time availability, and demonstrating a strong drive to learn and grow professionally.
Interested applicants must register and submit their CV via the following link by February 20. Following a selection process that includes group interviews and a technical assessment to evaluate candidate knowledge, 20 participants will be selected.
A Full Stack Developer is responsible for both front-end and back-end web application development. The core objective is gaining comprehensive domain knowledge and the technical ability to transform concepts into high-quality digital products. Because Full Stack engineers work across multiple programming languages and framework layers to build web applications, this PEI cohort will leverage technologies including HTML, CSS, Angular, Node.js, Jasmine, and SQL.
The PEI program is an initiative launched by Baufest in 2016 to train students in specialized technology tracks (such as Full Stack Development, Microsoft Ecosystems, Functional Software Testing, Test Automation, and Business Intelligence) while sourcing emerging tech talent. With this upcoming edition, the company has conducted 12 free intensive bootcamps, attracting over 2,000 applicants and graduating 180 students. Approximately 70% of program graduates go on to join Baufest's professional engineering team, while another 20% successfully secure roles across the broader IT industry.
