With this transaction, we expand our client portfolio in the United States and Latin America, add a new product line, and extend our geographic footprint by adding a service center to our existing locations in Mexico, Chile, and Argentina.
TranSolutions is powered by a team of over 60 professionals with an extensive track record in developing software solutions for the maritime, logistics, and transportation sectors. Key clients include XPO Logistics, Dole, Tramarsa, and Ultramar, among others. These accounts will add US$ 4 million to our annual revenue.
Through this acquisition, we continue our international expansion while consolidating our service diversification strategy and broadening our target market.

This announcement comes alongside the ongoing construction of our new development center in Argentina, which involves an investment of nearly US$ 2 million. This project will expand our facilities from 2,300 to 3,000 square meters and create new job opportunities.
