The Challenge
INVAP needed to analyze, restructure, and modernize the software platform used by its radar consoles. It also sought to review and optimize its existing development methodology to accelerate software delivery and support future evolution.
The Solution
We carried out a comprehensive redesign of the consoles' architecture, user interfaces, and component structure. A joint team was formed with specialists from both organizations in product analysis, front-end and back-end development, UX, DevOps, and test automation.
As part of the engagement, we developed a framework for building radar consoles focused on modernization, performance, robustness, security, and component reusability, providing a scalable foundation for future development.
